Assalamualaikum..

Salam 1 Ramadhan 1432 Hijrah. Hari ni awal-awal niat nak cakap pasal puasa Ramadhan, tapi takpe lah tu kita cakap next week pon boleh :p Jadi hari ni saya nak cakap pasal Dream House. Kenapa? Sebab semalam saya, mak n adik pergi ke BN Youth HOPE – Home Ownership Programme Expo di PWTC.

"The objective is to assist Malaysians to buy affordable properties given the general high purchase prices of Malaysian property, especially in Kuala Lumpur. The scheme hopes to encourage developers to build affordable houses to improve the quality of life of Malaysians and to make the country a developed nation.”

It was a very good expo untuk beri peluang pada anak2 muda beli rumah.. Banyak house developers ada; Sime Darby, SPNB, Mah Sing Group, S P Setia Bhd Group and banyak lagi la. By the way tema expo ni sangat menusuk kalbu: “My First Home”

Mak & Baby

Cantik!

Siapa yang tak ada rumah idaman, angkat tangan? Mesti semua orang ada. Masing-masing ada taste sendiri. Nak rumah banglo, teres, penthouse, village house la, nak design macam castle sindarela la and whatsoever kan kan?

3 Tingkat?

4 Tingkat?

Kondominium?
(Notice the Block names: A - Alia, B - Boheme, C - Celeste, D - Divina)

Before I proceed, I would like to make a disclaimer. Ini cuma angan2 & fantasi, so I might get overboard hahaha. Bear with me pls :')

To begin with, my dream home would be a 2-storey corner lot landed house. Mesti landed, taknak apartment, kondo hatta penthouse sekali pun. Reason being? Sebab nanti leh buat taman ikan or landskap kat luar rumah.. hehe bestnye.. Oh and leh parking sesuka hati tanpa perlu dapat notis "sila alihkan kenderaan anda jika tidak mahu kenderaan anda dikunci". Anyway, tak banglo pon tak ape. Kalau dapat banglo Alhamdulillah =)

I like English style house. Ala yang design rumah petak-petak & banyak dinding cermin sampai orang leh intai tu la. Hurm tapi macam tak secure je leh main cak-cak ngan orang luar *scary*. Frankly speaking, saya tak reti design interior. So instead of tengok catalogue and beli perabot satu-satu, saya nak panggil ID IKEA datang rumah hahaha. Maple wood floor (blaja dari 3 Idiots) itu satu kemestian. Well, my dream home does not mean the house itself only. Apalah gunanya rumahku syurgaku tapi neighborhood macam hell? Nauzubillah. *Kedai melayu takpe :p

Mungkin bagi sesetengah orang perempuan, beli rumah bukanlah satu keperluan. Kahwin nanti, suami yang cari rumah. Yes, itu memang tanggungjawab seorang suami. How about “what if’s?”

  • What if husband tak mampu nak beli rumah?
  • What if by the time nak tunggu husband peluang tu makin lama makin tipis?
  • What if something happens?
  • What if kita tak kawin?

See, kita ni cik jah, kena pk sume tu.. Cuba la kalau anak kita sok2 nak buat pinjaman ke, kita nak jadi penjamin ke, kan best kalau kat line "Aset" tu ade tulis rumah teres 2 tingkat :’) *contoh semata2.. Lagipun, kalau murah rezeki dapat duduk rumah suami, rumah kita tu boleh disewakan kan? Dapat income lebih yeay!

I'm like one step further to own a dream house kiranye hik3 sebab saya bagi nama kat diorang2 tu J

Salam y'all!

Okay. What was it I wanted to write about?

Ting!

Oh. Got it. I missed the YES sale!! Oh NOOOO~ Why? Lemme tell you why.. Duit JPA x masuk lagi!!

"Dear JPA, do you know how you've caused us by not giving us money yet? We had to "catu" our meals, you know? When others went shopping crazily, all we could do were just.. watched. In jealousy.. Dayyumm!"

Alright2, I know what u guys are thinking.. We shouldn't waste our money on something unnecessary especially shopping, right? Well, as not-a-girl-not-yet-a-woman, we couldn't help ourselves. We shop, then we think. That's how it works. Right gals? And besides, we earned it.. Take it as a redemption to studying hard-rock-cafe.. Hahaha just kidding!

Anyways, I had to think fast and smart, what can I do to survive till God-knows-when we can get the money so we can eat, love & shop. (Pray is always a must yea..) Then it got me thinking, why not try tutoring? I could earn RM 1000, plus I NEVER had any working experience. It could be good to put it in my resume tho.. So then I applied for Numerical, but after 2 weeks of waiting, I was rejected due only few students registered for the subject. (Sedeyh woo..) But but but... the lecturer offered me to teach Calculus instead. No guys, I didn't accept it.. Cuz i sucked at Calculus during my time and I still am.. And cuz i had another option.. Hik2!

Well, I'm now selling SHAWLS yaww! Can't you believe it? Me? Selling shawls? I didn't know where I had the courage to so.. Really! I guess Allah have given me the strength to do something beyond my expectation and my imagination. (Boleh letak dalam resume nie.. hehe!)

So far my customers are my friends, my friends of friends, and last Friday, I opened a booth at Mahallah (college) Ameenah Cafetaria from 1130am - 300pm.. Alhamdulillah syukur.. It went well :) Not to forget, half credit goes to Baah, my lovely-cute-roommate for giving me the courage to do so.. And cuz she's a loyal customer.. Hehe.. And the other half belongs to my.. erm.. :)

I'm so blessed to have such a supportive MOTHER, EHEM, EHEM'S MUM, EHEM'S LIL SISTER, ROOMMATES, COUSIN & of course my SUPERB FRIENDS! I LOVE YOU ALL! And the ultimate gratitude goes to Allah S.W.T, for giving me ways to deal with my challenges in life.. Only You know what's best for all of us.. Ya Allah, Kau berilah kemudahan kepadaku, permudahkanlah urusanku dan berkatilah rezekiku.. Aminnn~

Okay shawl lovers out there, if you are interested, just let me know okay. I'm thinking of posting them on FB due to many requests, but I still haven't decided it yet.. We'll see.. Wish me luck yea!

Until then... SALAM
